Innovation  Of Electric Vehicles

     My opinion on electric cars is that they are more safe to our community. Its more safe because with a normal car we are composed to a lot of chemicals. You might not know but gas cars also cause globe warming. In the other side a electric car and safe you money because you wouldn't have to pay for gas. Some of the electric cars that had made already like the Tesla can drive by themselves. A electric car wont brake down as fast as a gas car but maybe the parts of a electric are expensive. An electric car is an automobile that is propelled by one or more electric motors, using electrical energy stored in rechargeable batteries.   

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Habit 1: Be Proactive

              

             Proactive is when you do things ahead time with out no one telling you. Proactive is more like a hobbit because some times people don't like getting bossed around so they just do things before the the get told to. Others just do it because the like to be proactive and it's a really good thing to be proactive. People that are proactive are most likely to accomplish more things then a person that is not proactive. A good example of being proactive is by doing a goal journal because you are getting ready to accomplish those goals. Just remember that proactive is not a action it's a habit.

Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind

             This means that you should control yourself and not let others control you.When you being with the end in your mind you don"t let no one control you and that good because you don't want people to be telling you what to do and some times people just use you like that. You must let no one control you because that not right you must chose your own actions. Never let no one control you because only you know what you could do.









Habit 3: Put First Things First
              
              This means that your pride ores always come first instead of other things.When you put other things before yours you will most likely not succeed in life because you must always put your pride ores first.You must always do your things first and then help others because your pride ores always come first and you can't change that.

Habit 4: Think Win-Win
                 This means that you always need to have the mind set of always winning.
When you have that mind set you will be on stoppable because you will always have faith and trust and that is a good advantage that someone can have. But you don't have to be cocky just keep it to your self because when you become cocky people will start to not like you. You might not always win but what matters is that you tried and that is part to winning because you man up and took a risk. Make sure you always "Think Win-Win!!"

Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood
                 This means that you should first understand something in order to teach it because you try to teach something with out you knowing then you will look like a fool and people will never ask you for help. sometime when your friend needs help and you try to help him but in reality you are getting him more confused and it becomes more hard for him to understand that objective. Even if you feel bad for them the best thing to do is to look for help with them because then if try to help him/she and you don't understand both of you will get confused. This is why you should understand first before teaching.      

Habit 6: Synergize
                Synergize is the habit of creative cooperation. It is teamwork, open-mindedness, and the adventure of finding new solutions to old problems. But it doesn't just happen on its own. It's a process, and through that process, people bring all their personal experience and expertise to the table. Synergize can help you meet new friends and people will like to work with you more and you can show people what talents you have that can help them.









Habit 7:  Sharpen the Saw
         This is a great quote because when you sharpen the saw the saw works better and like a human when they start CTR they become a better person. So what sharpen the saw means is to change the way you are or become a better person. When you sharpen the saw it will cut things way faster and more easy. When you start to CTR your life will be way more fun and easy and would't have to worry about nothing bad. 












Reflection: This seven habits have made me become a better person because they helped me how to understand better. They've not only helped me understand thing better but also to always achieve my goals and finish what I started.I also learned that my priories always come first and that I should never put them aside. They also showed me to not always rush ever thing to take time to think about it and make a plan because if  I don't then every thing will be a disaster.
